I would not worry about it. The worst thing that could happen is a slight leak as synthetic has a habit of sneaking past seals. If no leak develops your assured that you have a tight engine. We have always used 10W-30 Dino oil with our Saabs with no problems and no oil added between changes. The combined milage of the Saab members of our family is well over 800,000 miles.
By the way, Dino oil is a misnomer. Petroleum formed from sediments of foraminiferans and other protistans long before dinosaurs appeared on the scene.
