Fuel Pressure droop during boost, FPR or Fuel Pump?

Hi guys,

Upon trying to solve my running rich & hesitation problem by attaching a pressure gauge to the Fuel system, here comes another problem!

At idle (no vac. line attached) I have about 3.4bar of fuel pressure reading.

However, when attached the vac. line, and go for the test drive, while on boost the car have about 4.0-4.1 bar of fuel pressure FOR ONLY AWHILE, and then drooping back to about 3.3-3.5 bar WHILE THE BOOST IS STILL THERE at end of yellow! This happens anytime when I floor the padel...

From theory, since I've got FP about 3.4 bar at +/-0 pressure, I should have about 4.2 bar of FP for my 200HP-T5 full boost (3.4+0.8bar). So what should be the culprit of this drooping in the line pressure? The FPR or the Pump itself?

Actually I've just replace the walbro pump /w filter last year (only 20K miles on). The FPR itself almost to fail to the rich side (as said, 3.4 bar at idle). Would a rich FPR cause a less pressure problem at higher boost? Please advice!
