Looks like the reviews on Tirerack are very good for the Pole Position. When I recently bought my Michelin Pilot Exaltos (P205/55HR-16), Discount Tire told me about the Bridgestone RE960 Pole Positions. The Pole Position was so new that there were no reviews anywhere! Now, I probably would still have bought the Exaltos to replace my 90,000+ mile Michelin MXV4 PLUS's mainly because I have not seen good mileage out of any Bridgestone product. I expect to get 90,000 out of the Exaltos too.
One thing about Michelins too is they speed balance well - rarely requiring alot of weights unless the rim is seriously off balance. The Exaltos have almost 10,000 miles on them now with lots of wet, snow, slush and ice driving on the highway. They are very quiet like the MXV4's but they are significantly more competent in the wet, snow and ice. They are far better than I expected! You can also buy an H rated tire and get the same performance as most other Mfr's Z rated tires. With a $30 OFF online Coupon from Discount Tire's Website and $50 OFF Michelin Rebate, I paid around $100 for each tire at my local store. Not bad. Good luck!
