Keith,
It's not very hard to change out the passenger's side mirror.
You'll need to remove the whole inside door panel to get to the electrical connections for the power mirror.
There are 2 torx screws behind the black door handle trim piece, 2 torx screws underneath the caps for the door pull handle, 2 torx screws on the sides of the door storage bin (covered with caps), one torx screw behind the door light, and 2 trim clips on the front lower corner and rear corner. To get these loose gently pry the door panel out. After all of these are removed lift the whole panel straight up.
Also, there is a trim cover to remove where the mirror is. Don't take this off until after the door panel is removed. There are 3 10mm bolts here that attach the mirror to the door.
Take off the old mirror, disconnect it and put the replacement in it's place and test before putting the door back together.
