A toe problem will affect both sides equally unless there's something else wrong too.
Your problem sounds more like a camber issue. Camber is not (normally) adjustable on 9000s, the factory camber setting is very conservative (set up for tire life and freeway driving, not cornering grip.)
It sounds like you have a fair bit of negative camber on one side, either due to collision damage, worn lower arm bushings, or a bent strut.
You should have a good alignment shop check the current camber setting and the condition of your lower arm bushings. There are offset bolts that can be used to adjust camber but correcting for a worn suspension with something like that is...well, two wrongs don't make a right.
