Calipers don't cause brake chirp/squeal. That is the sound of the brake pads vibrating as they rub against the rotor, like a violin bow rubbing across a string. If the vibration falls into the audio range, you hear it.
First, make sure the anti-rattle spring is installed properly. If that's OK, all I can suggest is anti-squeal compound. That is a sticky goop placed on the back of the pads. It acts to damp out the pad vibration. It requires pulling the pads out to apply properly. I've seen spray and goop from a tube. The other thing you can try is to put a chamfer on the leading edge of the brake pad. Sometimes the edge there can grab and set up an oscillation. I just hit the pad leading edge with a file. Sometimes if there is debris caught behind the pad, it sits in the caliper just slightly off angle, and this can cause the pad to grab-release-grab-release.
