The link at the bottom is for an antenna mast. Follow the instructions that are on that page for installation.
If only the rear speakers aren't working, it could be the amp. At this link is a wiring diagram for the '93 system:

For the speakers, how do you know they weren't connected properly? It's pretty much either they're connected or they're not. If they are, make sure everything is connected at the amp. You don't need to take the seat out to see the amp, just move it forward and up. Pull out the connections and reseat them. If still nothing, pull the headunit out and do the same. If all else fails, probably time to replace the amp. But...if you're serious about replacing the headunit, do that instead because you'll need to bypass the amp anyway. Go to crutchfield.com for info about replacing the headunit and instructions on how to do it.
As for your climate control, you have an earlier system than I do, so I don't know much about it. Read up at this link:
