i have a 1992 9000 turbo 5spd, w/tcs

recently it has only been cranking when it wants too, whenever it cranks it starts, but sometimes you turn the key and all the accesories turn on, but the moter doesnt crank, the started doesnt even seam to be engageing. but after a few turns of the key, it starts right up, once the moter is cranked, there is no hesitation in the moter to start.
the battery is not dead

the problem seams to be worce in humid weather, and even worce if the car is already warm

it only happens when the car is warm (in the morning the car will always start first time, but say you turn it off after 20 minuts of driving to get gas, then it will just click at you)

i did try to kick start it when warm, and it started up, however due to the incosistancy of the issue, it might have just wanted to work that time..

i did some more testing of the starting system, as others recomended that was the sound of the key, not the solinoid from under the moter bay

the lights do not dim while atempting a crank ive read some old posts about a security sytim computer preventing starting, can anybody fill me in on how it works, how to test it, and where its located.
