First, there is a remote possibility that both SCCs have bad photoresistors so if you still have an analog clock laying around, install it to see if you get your EDU display back. On to troubleshooting... Measure the voltage from the yellow wire on the back of the SCC (leave connector connected, ignition on). Connect one lead of the multimeter to ground and the other on the yellow wire's contact. Try varying the light switch to see if the voltage value changes. Also, measure voltage on brown/white wire while rotating rheostat to see if it varies as well. If you're getting zero volts on the yellow wire, then you need make sure you've got continuity to the EDU to pin 36. Gotta go! HTH
