Hi, the air filter is in the left side fender, if you follow the AMM with the clips on it you will see a three cornered cover, that is covering the airfilter. usually easiest to remove if you unclip and force the AMM off first and to the side to allow room for the air filter box cover to come off. DO NOT poke into either end of the AMM. Note that the air filter has a closed end and an open end. the closed end goes into the box first, the open end is against the cover and closest to the AMM.
the oil filter is almost on the centerline of the engine. It is easiest to remove if you run a jack stand under the right side of the car. I have a set of ramps and driving on just one works well. The drain plug is a 13MM and at the rear of the pan, suggest you use a SIX POINT socket to turn it. replace the washer with like washer, sometimes it's a copper washer, sometimes the steel with rubber inner and outer surfaces. DO NOT overtighten the drain plug. I like to say the torque is similar to that used when putting a spark plug in... tight is tight, too tight is two pieces, but in the case of the oil pan it's a lot of dollars to repair too!
