I SURE DO!!! Hit the low speed button each time.Hey! I own a 87/9000t and this is just the way they are.One thing that you will want to do is rewire the wire going to the fan fuse.You have to pull the whole fuse rack out and look behind the fuses.If it like mine and my friends 9000,it going to eventually melt the fuse holder in that spot.>(fire hazzard)< that you can't get to if this happens.The feed wire that comes of the power buss is too light a gauge wire.Why they used two different size wire,I would'nt know. Won't take the load at constance full fan speed setting.Don't know if all 9000's are like this,but I do know of two! Get in the car/turn key/hit the low speed fan button.You have an 87/9000. Watch your eye for the gray foam that come out the air vents.
