it used to be listed, as I remember, by Parts for Saabs but I can't find it now so maybe it's been discontinued. Did exist, honestly! Group 9 are showing Konis as a package with HR springs but that doesn't look like a kit with built-up struts.

I had Abbott springs with Konis and found them too stiff but I know of other people who've been very happy with the combination, perhaps I'm just too old. The results were spectacular on really smooth roads. I ended up fitting tyres with softer walls (GS D3) and that took the edge off.

The 10mm drop is compared with the normal CSE trim because the Sports Chassis is an Aero suspension, or the closest thing you can buy. By comparispon, the Abbotts dropped me 30 or 35mm - it looked pretty low and I had grounding problems, both from tyres (just occasionally) and exhaust (JT 3", not very well aligned).

I think springs do sag, yes.

Going back over this, the Abbott springs and Konis were great fun for 15% of the time, but these days I prefer a compromoise and the Sports Chassis provides just that. If you already have an Aero, and it;s gone a bit soggy, you will be going back to an "as new" state.
