i have an older naki, a CD-40, and i love the clean design, and the clean power.
my car came with some generic player and no rear amp, but the naki is plenty powerful enough. i had to change the rear speakers (blown foam suspension and an open voice coil) and put some cheap sonys ($10 from a friend) in.
if you change your rear speakers, it is quicker and easier to take everything out of the back (floor, side panels, speaker pods) than to try to get those damn nuts out with the panels in place. plus i found like a dollar in green coins!
if you want to use the amp, there should be a preamp output that you would run (using shielded RCA cables) to the amp.
