9k 5spds didnt have a drain plug until 94 I think, so you will have to pump the fluid from the filler using a fluid extractor. When you do this, you'll have a lot of dyno oil left in there that you can't get out. I ordered the synthetic fluid from Saab for my 94 Aero and sat around for a day or so thinking about whether or not I would use it, and I ended up sending it back to Eeuro for a refund and using 10w40 motor oil. After changing, the shifts were a lot smoother and the overall feel of the shifter was improved. If it works well, keep it the way it is.
