Well all, wanted to report back on my tires that I put on the 95 Aero. I was looking to improve the handling a bit from the oem size of 205/55-16 so I went with 225/50-16. Mistake. Not sure if the tire model may be less than sporting, but I suspect that the 225 is simply too wide for the rim, as someone on the board had warned me to be the case. The super-aero rim is 6.5" I believe, and although the Kumho Ecsta ASX appeared to fit, with a bit of bulge, a test drive confirmed something was DEFINITELY WRONG. The car WALLOWS back and forth after a steering input change on curves. Literally feels as if one were commanding a boat. I can only surmise that the sidewall is just not in line with the rim, allowing a rollover effect. It was no help to the situation that when I left tire store, I tested and found only 32 psi pressure. I raised to 36 psi with little change. Went up again to 45 psi with minor improvement, but way short of acceptable. (max on tire sidewall indicates 51). I could be wrong on the size application, and maybe the ASX model tire has a very compliant sidewall(read:SOFT, FLUFFY, USELESS) but I need to get these things off SOON....
