Thanks Ari (and Abusot),
It comes and goes ónly while driving and not when brake are applied, so I guess I'll have to clean the front gears. I cleaned the rear ones last year (it was quite easy to get to the gears). The job of cleaning the front ones have been put off because it involves pulling the axle. Also the sensors are frozen in the hub, so I´m looking for the easiest way to do it in situ. I plan the following procedure
1. loosen axle nut
2. remove brake caliper and disc
3. remove axle nut
but then what? Will I get access to the gear if I remove the bearing asembly from the hub (4 bolts on the back of the hub) or can I pull the hub off the axle by removing the 2 bolts on the strut?
Hope some of you can give some advice on how to do it the easiest way.
Best regards,
CphSaab, 9k cse -94
