AIC Valve Stuck now won't start

Okay, so i was getting a strange sound coming from my AIC valve so I took it apart and found that it was siezed. I sprayed it and soaked it and now it moves a little, but doesn't spin around or anything.
I also thought that I may be losing boost through the AIC valve, is this possible?
Now that I have it all put back together, the car won't start, it turns over and starts at really low idle if i plug the aic hoses. I'm thinking maybe my AIC valve is totally gone, or I managed to damage my AMM connector while removing things.
Should the car run normally when the AIC is disconnected?
Should I notice a difference in idle if the AMM connector is disconnected?
Thanks to all :)
