Safety first, of course. Block the wheels and use a jack stand or appropriate block of wood in case the jack fails.
My car does have retaining screws (97 CS). I needed a deep socket, don't remember the metric size, because it doubles as a guide pin for lining the wheel up with the hub. If you don't know for sure, you should pull a wheel ahead of time to see if you have the pin type like mine, or flush screw type which I've also heard about. Get some never seize for the mating surfaces where the new rotor meets the hub. Sounds like you already have the large C clamp and metric hex for the worm screw to retract the piston. Some WD 40 and a rubber mallet will help. Don't forget to get the cleaning fluid as well.

I was able to change my rotors without removing the caliper body. You might want to change the pads as well while you're already that far into it.
