HELP!!! Removing headlight assembly?

My left front headlight has 1" of water in it as a result of a rock chip I just discovered. Ive siliconed the hole until I can get another lens but in the mean time I need to dry out the one I have. How do I get the ^$&^$ out? I cant find any info in the archives.
