Ray,
If you look at the inside rear corner of the brake reservoir with the top off, you will see a small opening for the circuit that feeds the clutch master cylinder - this is molded into the clear plastic of the reservoir. If you are saying that this circuit remains full while the remainder of the reservoir loses brake fluid, then you have a leak somewhere in the brake system, perhaps in the brake master cylinder itself (might even be leaking fluid into the vaccuum booster, depending on what year your car is and how the brakes are assisted). If this is the case, look very closely at every part of the brake system for leaks.
