I did play around with the relay and it does seem to be the red one, the only question is how do I open it up, do I turn those little metal tabs in those little holes and that releases the other end, its the only way that seems right.
The fuel tank may be a bigger issue for me, to repair or not I will have to make that decision.
As for the soap ! it works ! as a temporary fix, soap will stop the fuel from leaking, as a matter of fact, from the day I saw the leak I rubbed the soap over the leak and it filled the crack and has not leaked since. This is not a permanent fix but in an emergency, for all to know it works. Its an old trick I learned in Africa. Just like curry powder will fix a small radiator leak!
