Its a 9000, bought a new bearing for just such a reason! Note: The wheel can also fall off since there is nothing holding it on of the axle isn't seated correctly. Also don't partially insert it, grinds down the grooves.
If you've broken that many bearings, maybe there's something else going on, bad CV joint, transmission housing, suspension part, etc.
