Again, you are welcome to fly me over there to check, and then stay indefinitely.
But excessive noise from the turbo is a good indicator you've got contact between the vanes and the housing, probably indicative of dead bearings and/or thrust bearing.
NORMALLY a turbo will dump oil into the exhaust, but I do believe it's possible for water to go in there too.
Remove the intake plumbing and reach into the compressor side of the turbo and check for play. I'm betting you've got substantial side-to-side play going on. More than a millimeter or so of lengthwise play would be bad too.
Odds are very high the turbo needs replacement. I'd do that, then see what the exhaust situation is afterwards. Hopefully this would solve the coolant in the exhaust issue.
Don't attempt to rebuild the turbo if it's bad. Just replace it with a good used one.
