...but rather than pay list price for a new one anyway, I'd recommend calling a reputable boneyard and asking for one. They're all the same from 1994 on.
As to the length of the job, I've never removed a 9000 oil pan with the engine in place, so it's tough to say. I think you will probably need to hoist the engine a few inches (at least) to clear the subframe and rotate the pan out. The higher you can get the engine the better, too. That's important because the oil pan does not use a gasket, but Loctite 518 anaerobic sealant (or its direct equivalent). If you have to struggle with the pan during installation you might smudge the sealant during install and find that it leaks afterward.
Note that regular gasket maker or Permatex blue or the like cannot be substituted for 518 or equivalent. It must be an anaerobic sealant in order to cure.
