the 9000 doesn't have camber adjustments, at least in stock trim. However, any good shop knows that they can install a "camber kit" which consists of bolts that replace the stock bolts, but the replacement bolts have an eccentric in the middle of the bolt and turning the bolt will move the strut in or out and gives camber adjustment. The bolt looks like it was cut into thirds, and the middle third moved over slightly, and then stuck back together. Turning the bolt head moves the center third around the center line and causes deflection of the item it's holding.
Also, if you, or another driver of your car, hit a curb or pothole or some other such item very hard, it's conceivable that you bent the lower A arm attachment with the bushing on it. It can be removed and inspected to see if it's bent, and you can replace it with one from ANY 9000 from about 1992 on. the part number is the same.
Am I just throwing up a maybe here? Nope. I did exactly the above, clobbered a short curb in a left turn lane at night in the dark, thought it was a painted line. The steering was so bad I thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars, or more, to fix it. put it up on jack stands rolled around from side to side comparing the left and right and figured out what I bent, scored one from another car, put it in, went to Evans Tire and they aligned it as best they could, but needed the camber kit to align it to spec. They had it in the next day, installed it and redid the alignment. I got out of Dodge for less than $100.
