As Mike E says, try cleaning the drains yourself. Nothing to lose.
Also, remove the flat panel at the base of the windshield on the passenger side (left hand drive). You didn't mention the year - newer cars have one large panel, older cars have two. Make sure the cover on the cabin air filter is on. If it leaks, water will come right in from the drains at the base of the windshield and into the ventilation system.
A few things being left out - what year is the car, and does it have a manual or automatic climate control? If it's manual, use the A/C and the heat. The A/C will dry the air. If you have been using the A/C, open the hood and make sure the A/C is working - the AC clutch pulls in.
If you have ACC, make sure you don't use the ECON setting - it turns off the A/C. And make sure the AC clutch pulls in. The AC will run if the outside air temp is over 32 (F).
If the AC isn't working, even with clear drains the windows will fog.
