Went through this one my CSE anniversary a couple of years ago. The previous owner had fitted a starla exhaust which didn't seem to last long. On the advice of my Indy I ended up going back to a stock a aero saab exhaust (acutually stamped with Saab and Borla). Like you, I checked out Midas, but their price was going to be greater than going with genuine parts - crazy!
Although not stainless, the saab aero exhaust came with a lifetime warranty. Worth checking if this is still the case. Other than flaking of the black paint finish on the tip, so far so good. Time will tell if I'll get a free one out of saab before some other big thing in the car dies.
If doing it again, I might be tempted by the BSR exhaust (link below). Not sure about the noise levels. Someone else may have hands on experience? Good luck.
