I'm having fun diagnosing this 89 9K CD Turbo. It was running good until of course I put a set of tires on for the new owner. It Died (literally next to a cemetary) when retuning to it's new owners house. Drug it back to his house and was able to start it later. I'm thinking crank angle sensor but it does not have one. Crank angle in Distributor. After getting it started again and attempting to test drive but not far. Yes it Died. It has spark. If it's running and I turn it off it won't start every time. It has a spark so I'm thinking fuel system. Is there anywhere to hook up a pressure gauge to this car? I replace the fuel filter and I thought there should be more pressure comming off the banjo fitting but not sure if there is a check valve at the pump to hold the system pressure up or how it's set up. I now learn that there are Two PUMPS on this car, if not will someone please let me know. ICS is clean and able to move. Turbo is leaking oil into both sides but it was running good and not smoking long after start up. Any help would be appreciated.
