The slide lock on the connector broke off, and although the connection is quite firm, I though I'd install a new one. I obtained the replacement 10-pin connector housing. Now what do I do? Can the existing inserts be extracted and reinserted in the new housing? What tool/procedure do I use to get at them, though? Or do I just cut the wires and attach fresh inserts? Do those slide back in?
