The seat heater and thermosensor both use a single ground point under the seat. I believe the seat heater goes through an 8 pin connector under the seat - look for a fat yellow wire in pin 2(power to heater coil), a thin blue wire to pin 1 (thermosensor), and two black wires from pin 5 on the seat side (ground side of thermosensor and heater coil) that connects to a single fat black wire on the 'car harness' side of the connector. Follow that fat black wire to a lug on the chassis member under the seat. Remove the bolt, clean the mating surfaces with some fine sandpaper, and bolt it back down.
