I had the same issue. Did you disconnect your battery when you did the lower engine mount? Or at any time? When I would do that my AIC valve would not function properly for a while, I'd need to hit the highway and drive for a while to get it to work right (to stop dropping RPM when stopping, sometimes to the point of stalling) Today I cleaned out the AIC valve and my engine runs a LOT smoother at idle now. I still have vibes due to balance shaft issues but a lot less.
Oh yea, timing chain. I had horrible vibrations before I did the timing chain, once it was done they really cleared up. My tensioner was waaaay beyond 11 mm. I think it was more like near 20. Engine runs a hell of a lot smoother too. Trans was down shifting hard before, now it doesn't do that as much either. I was worried I had a serious tranny problem - turns out it was more timing than anything else.. Good luck. (I just posted AIC r&r / cleaning instructions)
