I have a '96 CSE and I put poly bushings for the bars front and rear. The rears, which I did first, made the biggest difference. Some say the fronts really don't help and that new stock rubber ones are fine, but I went with th polys and they do just fine. I could feel the difference right away. I have the PowerFlex ones from the UK, but I suspect they are all about the same.
As for the rear bar, I would encourage getting BOTH the front and rear bars. The 9K's biggest failing is its lack of roll stiffness at both ends. While a rear bar alone will reduce understeer and tend to induce oversteer, especially lift-throttle oversteer, overall better handling comes when the whole chassis is balanced. This makes all four tires work better. I learned this back in the day when I used to autocross a lot. A rear bar alone was good to get a very quick turn-in on a lower speed, tight course, but on high speed courses (and on the road) the guys with the more balanced suspensions were *always* faster.
FWIW, I have a complete new Aero suspension in my garage waiting for a springtime install and it will go on with new 25mm front and rear bars.
