Per, I'm a big fan of C900's and have owned a few 87-88 9000's. Stay away from AT's in that vintage. They are almost impossible to repair and they are v-e-r-y expensive. The 9000's actually get better mpg that 900's for some reason( taller top end gearing I suppose.)I took both of my 9000's up to 300,000 miles with routine service and a clutch slave cylinder here and there! Newer C9000's have TCS trouble and i avoided the 91-94's for that reason.
