Yes, it sucks to think someone has taken something from your car, but it could be worse. My previous car, an immaculate 1997 2.3 FPT Anniversary was parked in my car park at work while I figured out what to do with it as the engine had blown.
I came to work last Monday to find out that some scum had stolen it - Double Grrrrr!
I hoped it was just kids, but I suspect it was towed away by some local "Car Removal" truck and is probably being stripped as we speak.
Didn't want to trivialise your problem, but thought it might make you feel better?
