I'm pretty sure you don't need to diassemble the switchpack - there is just one replaceable bulb accessable from the back of the switchpack. Look for something with a screwdriver slot, and give it a quarter-turn counter-clockwise.
It was the earlier switchpacks, with individual switches, where you had to solder in new bulbs.
With the EDU display, the only way to access the bulbs is to remove the top of the dashboard. You don't have to remove the instrument cluster, but you do have to lift it up a bit to access the bulbs.
