The leaking anti-freeze and the clicking are likely totally separate, as is the belt change.
I'm assuming this is a 4-cylinder, not a V6, not that it matters much. But that sort of info is useful, as it things like what kind of transmission.
To echo Adam - where is it leaking anti-freeze? Is it leaking when the car is running, or do you find a puddle after the car has sat a while? A few drops or a gush?
The noise from the fuses is probably a relay, as the relay panel is attached to the fuse box. When do you hear the noise, and what does it sound like? Is it an occasional thunk, or is it most of the time? Is it thunking once a second or once a minute? Is it associated with anything, like pressing on the brake pedal?
