Son's 95 CSE did a similar thing and ended up being no power/intermittent power to the ECU. I believe that its fuse 23,that should be 12+ constant what was the problem. I reseted the grounds and the 12 volt other connections besides the starter connections were loose, retighened and also redid the body ground near the front.
I used a Voltmeter to test the 12+ constant. What lights do you see in the dash? CEL work and assorted things like the ACC/clock, etc work? Check Ari's no start checklist.
Looks like your going to need a replacement/temp battery to get going/test. I tried with a jump box, but it won't cut it for long term starting/troubleshooting. Any chance that its something fuel related like frozen fuel line with it being 10 degrees?
