If the plug is the same then it will work. Some have two wire and sometimes three. I'm using one out of an VW Jetta. Same wire plug and its the same manufacturer, Bosch. I can tell you this. When it gets really cold outside all my Saab's run a little different upon start-up. My 96/900s had the check engine light come on and I check it out with the OBD II gauge and found nothing wrong. Reset it and since the weather has warmed, no further problems. This was only happening when it was really cold outside. Brrrrr, let things warm-up before driving.
