Do both front seal and oil pump o-ring

No need to drain the oil for this job. Just remove the serp belt (search archives for how to compress the tensioner), then the crank pulley. Often the front seal comes off with the crank pulley.
Remove the oil pump cover, taking note of the orientation of the oil pump gears so you can reinstall the same way. Clean everything up, prime the oil pump with CLEAN vaseline (i.e., make sure it has no grit or metal shavings!!), put in new oil pump o-ring and front seal, and reinstall the pump and housing. This often takes several attempts as the o-ring likes to dislodge itself, so make certain it's properly seated before continuing.
Once the housing's in place to your satisfaction, just a matter of reinstalling the crank pulley. I would start the car at this point and watch for any leaks before reinstalling the serp belt. Once everything looks good, reinstall the serp belt and you're all set.
