I just sold my '98 CSE w/ 120K in favor of a CPO '04 9-5 Arc. The 9000 is a magnificent car, and superior in some respects to its replacement, the 9-5. My decision to sell the car was driven in large part by a series of expensive failures around the 120K mark. I replaced a heater core, water pump and a fuel pump within weeks of each other. Add to that a host of minor issues - burned out bulbs, inoperative heated driver's seat, cracked CV boot - and it became more trouble than it was worth.
Based on my experience, I would suggest you carefully evaluate how the car was maintained (if records are available) and what recent repairs have been made. All cars will vary based on how they were cared for, but it seems that at that mileage, you may start seeing some components failing if they haven't failed and been replaced already. Have an experienced Saab tech look over the car before you buy it. The heater core, ACC system, head gasket, turbo are some areas to look at. Electrical issues of some type are a virtual guarantee.
Otherwise, if the car checks out and is rust free, and drives well, it sounds like a decent deal. Good luck!
