Dropped the tensioner pulley on concrete ground

Yesterday while replacing the tensioner pulley, I dropped the new pulley on concrete ground from the height of the tensioner (about 2.5 feet). Would that weaken the pulley or the bearing? It's made of plastic and does not look all that durable.
I also learnt two lessons which I thought to share with the board:
1. The tensioner bolt is NOT always reverse threaded!! I tried 30 minutes trying to 'loosen' the bolt to the point of almost breaking it. Then my neighbor suggested me to tighten it first just to break the bond. I then tried to 'tighten' only to find it getting loose. Apparently someone replaced the pulley before and put on an after market bolt with normal thread
2. There's no need to remove the rear half of the wheel fender liner. Two bolts on the rear half of the liner were slipping and I got really frustrated trying to undo them. Then I removed the front half first and was surprised to see I've got access to everything.
I replaced the tensioner shock as well. The new shock is actually not that hard to compress. Even with the normal threaded bolt, I could compress the tensioner using a breaker bar without loosening the bolt. The trick is to compress is really slow. When applying a slow and steady force, it does not need much pressure to start compressing
