If you've got oil and coolant mixing, it's far too late for a head bolt retorque.
Turbo failure almost always produces blue oil smoke, almost never white coolant smoke.
These heads are pretty bulletproof so I'd vote for a run-of-the-mill head gasket issue -- only way to know if the head is good or bad is to remove it and send it to a machine shop for pressure testing.
On your main bearings, I doubt they'd care that much about the situation even given the altered viscosity and the presence of corrosion-promoting water. I can't imagine this condition has gone on very long or you'd have obvious signs of a poor running engine. A very tough bottom end, these.
