I Tried soaking it with aerokroil, heating up exhaust housing, tapping with wood and hammer, everthing. I am afraid I will crack the cast iron housing if I use any more force. Cast iron is brittle, right?
Maybe I will use more heat, like an oxy acetylene torch? I know that regular or high strength steel loses its strength when heated glowing red, but I though cast iron can handle it, since it is not designed for strength. That seems to be the only way to loosen this scoundrel.
