My 1994 with similar mileage was starting to exhibit a similar issue, requiring pressing the clutch peddle an excessive amount to disengage the clutch. As part of my "spring clean up" a few weeks ago, I bled the hydraulics, saw a few tiny bubbles in the clutch circuit - it works much better now.
When was the last time the clutch was bled?
