plugs are a little extreme, were you using platinum?
And I know they fail, but out of 7 or 8 200+k di cars I never had a failure...I did find that non-platinum plugs were 10k max plugs.
Shocks are normal on a car that is 11years old, same with waterpump and belts, heck a belt is 60k or 2 years most of the time.
Exhaust? Normal to replace within 11 years.
I am mostly speaking of the basic motor transmission combination, I simply do not believe that the 9-3 and 9-5 are 200k cars.
I too like the 9-3 aero, nice car, but I think the days of 200k saabs are over...
Try locating a 9-5 motor...they are crashed EVERYWHERE, yet the second it is bought by a junk yard the motor is gone...even goldwing cant keep a 9-5 motor in stock.
