not sure, have to try to contact him today. he was very apologetic at the scene, helped me look over my car, didn't look like there was damage, so he gave me his phone # and wrote down his plate # and said call him if i needed anything... called him yesterday to get info, sounded like he was at work, said to call him back in a couple hours and he'd have it for me, called him back, his phone was off. let's see what happens today.
