You cannot get a box end on the rear two nuts, so you just need to use the open end of the wrench and hope for the best. If you have ANY access to torches, or even a MAPP gas soldering torch to heat the nuts up first, it helps a lot! No real trickery to it, just get a couple 13mm wrenches of various length; some places a long one works best, some places, a shorter one is easier to manuver around the A/C compressor and coolant lines.
I will recommend though, that you remove the oil and coolant feed / return lines from the turbo first. If you don't, when you loosen the nuts, the spin upward toward the manifold and will eventually get pinched against the bottom of the manifold. You need to have the lines removed so that the turbo drops DOWN as you loosen the nuts.
