"box" inside the dash, near the top; almost directly forward of the ACC. I *think* this is the first place hot air comes to from the heater core, but I'm not sure. The lever for the servo and the stiff control wire is located on the right side--rear corner, as I recall. I accessed it by pulling the ACC but keeping it connected electrically and reaching in and groping around. I tested it by running the ACC on ECON, hitting the buttons to change airflow while reaching in and seeing if the lever arm connected to the servo moved. When it worked/didn't work with different ACCs, I knew the ACC in the '95 was toast.
For driver floor heat only, though, I think there may be another place to look, but I don't know where that is. Pulling the dash top may help-- I don't know. My *guess* is that there's another servo that controls a door that sends heat to the floor but I don't know where that one is. Maybe try the other side of that "box."
If you are not getting heat to the passenger floor, then there must be a door/flap that routes the air around and it is stuck or broken n the driver's side. I think there have been posts on this on the 9K, but I may be wrong. I've seen posts on the 9-5 board on a similar issue.
This kind of stuff can be a real nuisance to track down, and sometimes you're on your own, despite the support of this board. But share what you learn and it helps everyone else. Good luck.
