Anyway, the correct way to think about this is with regard to vapor pressure, not the volume of gas produced by a given weight of water. After all, your goal is to determine the pressure, right? Not how big the tire gets. Vapor pressure is the pressure exerted by the vapor phase of a liquid in a fixed volume, at any given temperature. The vapor pressure of water is 94 mm Hg at 50 degrees C, and 149 mm Hg at 60 degrees C. I doubt passenger car tires get hotter than 50, and at the track, probably not hotter than 60. These are not significant pressures, equal to 2 and 3 psi. You can find online tables of water vapor pressure, and a conversion factor to convert to psi. Keep also in mind that there has to be liquid water present, not just moisture in the air within the tires. Even if there are droplets, and they evaporate as the tire heats up, if there is no residual water left at the new temperature (ie, an equilibrium situation does not exist), you will not reach the vapor pressure of water at that temperature.
