Replaced SRS computer now no start

I replaced the SRS computer in my 92 9000T today with one that came out of a 93 9000.The old one had experienced an antifreeze leak at the heater core and showed the SRS light blinking. After resetting it at the dealer it went off for 30 seconds then continued to blink so I was told it needed replacing. I disconnected the battery for 30 minutes before starting the project as recommended on this site. The computers look exactly the same but have different numbers: 41 76 368 on the new and 44 33 298 on the old. I am now finding that the car will not turn over I hear a relay click under the dash and hear a click at the brake pedal and feel a change in pressure. When I looked to see what the battery voltage was there is no number in the EDU. All other lights seem to work strong. The EDU has on occasion worked and not worked but the car always starts. Any ideas as to what is going on? Thanks
